Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Your first month's rent and security deposit both need to be paid to secure your lease. Please confirm the amounts with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

Our team will provide all initial information about your move-in and the first inspection at the lease signing.


You are responsible for placing all utilities in your name immediately following the lease signing. You'll need to keep your accounts current throughout the duration of your lease.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Planning to move out of your rental?  Provide written notice of your intent to vacate in accordance with your lease.

Property Condition

You'll need to carefully clean your rental home and address any damage that has occurred inside your property.

Security Deposit

After you move out of your rental home, we'll perform a final inspection. If we identify any of the repair issues, we will schedule repair visits and deduct the expenses from your deposit.

Your deposit may also be used to cover unpaid fees or monies owed on your account; please remember, you cannot use your deposit to pay your final rent bill. Failure to pay your rent will result in adverse credit reporting and potential legal action.
